Muhabat Kar Nahi Sakta

Irada Roz Karta Hon,
Magr Kuch Kar Nahi Sakta
Mai Peshawar Frebii Hon, Muhabat Kar Nahi Sakta.....

Bury Ho Yah Ke Achy Ho
Mjhy Is Sy Nahi Matlab
Mjhy Matlab Sy Matlab Hai, Mai Tum Sy Lar nahi Sakta......

Yahan Har Dosra Insan
Khuda Khud Ko Smjhta Hai,
Khuda Bhi Woh Jo apni Jholi Bhar Nahi Sakta....

Najany Aadmi Q Aadmi Sy Khof Khata  Hai
Jo Apny Rab Sy Darta Hai
Kisi Sy Dar Nahi Sakta....

Mai Us Ghar Ki Muqeemi Hon
Jisy Ooqaar Kehty Hain,
Mai Apni Had Mai Rehta Hon
So Aghy Barh Nahi Sakta....

Abhi Kuch Sahir Rehty Hain
Magar LIkhny Nahi Hargiz,
Kisi KI laaj Bhi Rakhni Hai, So Zaahir Kar Nahi Sakta.....

Yeh Arzu the, Tujhy Gull ke ru-bro karty By Haider Ali Aatish

Yeh Arzu the, Tujhy Gull ke ru-bro karty
Hm or BulBul-e-BeTaab Guftagu Karty

Piyambar na Mayasar Hwa, Tu Khob Hwa
Zuban-e-Ghair sy kiya Shrah Aarzu Karty

Meri Trah sy Mehr-o-Mah Bhi Hain Aawara
Kisi Habeeb ki yeh Bhi Hain Justaju Karty

Jo Dekhty Teri Zangeer-e-zulf ka Aalam
Aseer Hony Ki Azaad Arzu Karty

Na Poch Aalam-e-Bar-Ghashta tale'e Aatish
Basrasti Aag, Jobaran Ki Arzu Karty

Jo Hum Kehty Hain Yeh Bhi Q Nahi Kehta, Yeh Kafir hai

Jo Hum Kehty Hain Yeh Bhi Q Nahi Kehta, Yeh Kafir hai
Hmara Jabar Yeh Hans Kr Nahi Sehta, Yeh Kafir Hai

Yeh Insan Ko Mazjab Sy Parkhny Ka Mukhalif Hai
Yeh Nafrat K Qabilon Mai Nahi Rehta, Yeh Kafir Hai

Boht Behshram Hai Yeh Maa, Yeh Mazdori Ko Nikli Hai
Yeh Bacha Bhook Ik Din Ki Nahi Sehta Yeh kafir Hai

Yeh Badal Aik Rasty Par Nahi Chalty, yeh Baghi Hain
Yeh Darya Is Traf Ko Q Nahi Behta, Yeh Kafir Hai

Hain Mushrik Yeh Hawain Hey Roz Qibla Badlti Hain
Ghana Jungle Inhain Kuch Bhi Nahi Khta Yeh Kafir Hai

Yeh Tittli Fahisha Hai, Phool Ke Bistar Py Soti Hai
Yeh Jugno Shab Ke Pardy Mai Q Nahi Rehta, Yeh Kafir Hai

Shreey'n Tu Kisi ka Ghunghunana Bhi Nahi Ja'ez
yeh Bha'nwra Q Bhala Phr Chup nahi Rehta, Yeh Kaafir Hai

Wo sahilon pe gaane waale kya hue by Nasir Kazmi

Wo sahilon pe  gaane waale kya hue
Wo kashtiyan Chalane waale kya hue
wo dil mennkhubne waali aankheN kya huiN
Wo hont muskuraane waale kya hue
Wo subh aate aate rah gayi kahan
Jo qaafle the aane waale kya hue
MaiN jin ki raah dekhta hun rat bhar
Wo raushani dikhane waale kya hue
Ye kaun log hain mere idhar udhar
Wo dosti nibhaane waale kya hue
Imaaraten to jal k rakh ho gayin
Imaaraten banaane waale kya hue
Ye aap ham to bojh hain  zamin ka
Zamin ka bojh uthaane waale kya hue

Kya zamana tha k har roz mila karte the

Kya zamana tha k har roz mila karte the
Raat bhar chaNd k hamraah phira karte the
JahaaN tanhaaiyaaN sar phoR k so jati haiN
Un makaanoN main ajab log raha karte the
Kar diya aaj zamaane ne unhen bhi majbur
Kabhi yeh log mere dukh ki dawa karte the
Dekh kar jo hamain chup chap guzar jata hai
Kabhi us shakhs ko hum pyar kiya karte the
IttefaaQaat E zamana bhi ajab haiN ‘Nasir’
Aaj woh dekh rahe haiN jo suna karte the

Presentation Skills

No matter if you're an engineer/doctor/accountant/manager or anyone else in general, if you do not have 'presentation skills', then you're another frog in the pond. In real world, your degree doesn't matter much. How you converse, how you communicate your idea and how you present whats in your mind is the thing you need to master on. Sadly, in Pakistan, I've noticed that 'presenting in front of your class/colleagues' comes out as one big nightmare. Also there's this research which proved that presenting is the second worst fear people have after fearing from death. Well, lets keep it simple. If you want to achieve something, you really need to pull some grip on this art and master it. Even if you don't master, you really need to know how you should convince people and deliver your message to the audience. If you're not selling/pitching your idea well, you're not making anything at the end of your day and following are few points which I think is what you need to 'present' well no matter if you're a college/university student or an employee.

You can use Urdu and English (combined) to talk and discuss your point with others.

- Don't stress. Just know that you can do it.

- Focus on 'why not' rather than 'why'.

- Talk your heart out. The people listening to you are human beings and they have done shit too, so its normal and okay.

- Use the easiest words possible. The more 'fancy and tough' words you will use, the more you'll stammer. Stammering will lead to confusion and you'll fuck up.

- Talk as if you're talking to some bunch of goats and sheep. Explain your idea in the easiest tone possible.

- Keep moving. Standing still will make you more nervous. Chill. Its not some god damn United Nations headquarter or any such place like that.

- Take deep breaths. Crack some jokes. Light down yourself and stuff.

- Last but not the least, always remember. Everything's in you and you can do it. You always can!

- You do not need 'English' to communicate your idea. You just need a clear mind and simple language to deliver it.

Hasti Apni Hubaib Ki Si Hai By Meer Taqi Meer

Mir Taqi Mir employs a mesmerizingly mystic, almost surrealitic imagery in these couplets:

"hasti apni hubab ki si hai
ye numaish sarab ki si hai

nazuki us k lab ki kya kahiye
pankhari ik gulab ki si hai

bar bar us k dar pe jata hun
halat ab iztirab ki si hai

main jo bola kaha k ye awaz
usi khana-kharab ki si hai

'Mir' un nim-baz ankhon main
sari masti sharab ki si hai

Yeh na thee hamari Qismat K wisaal E yaar hota By Ghalib

Mirza Asad Ullah Khan Ghalib One of the best and prominent Muslim poets of the Indo-Pak Sub-Continent, Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib, was born in 1796 at Agra. His father Abdullah Beg Khan and uncle Nasrullah Beg Khan were in the army. He received classical Mughal education at Agra with Persian being one of the chief subjects. Ghalib once said that Mulla Abdus Samad Harmuzd was his tutor at Agra. Some writers opine that the tutor is just a myth. If so, then amazingly he seems to be a born genius as there is, indeed, vast knowledge of history, human psychology, ethics and philosophy which is reflected in works of Ghalib’s prose and poetry.
Yeh na thee hamari Qismat K wisaal E yaar hota
Agar aur jeete rahtay,  yehi intezaar hota
Tere waa’de par jiyee ham to yeh jaan chhooT jana
K khushi se mar na jaate!!!  agar intezaar hota
Koi mere dil se poochhe, tere teer E neem kash ko
Yeh khalish kahaaN se hoti, jo jigar k paar hota
Yeh kahaaN ki dosti hai K bane haiN dost naaseh
Koi chaaraa saaz hota koi Ghamghusaar hota
KahuN kis se maiN K kya hai shab E Gham buri bala hai
Mujhe kya bura tha marnaa agar aik baar hota
Hue mar K ham jo ruswa hue kyuN ka Gharq E dariya
Na kabhi janazaa uthta na kahiN mazaar hota
Yeh masaael E tasavvuf, yeh tera bayaan ‘Ghalib’
Tujhe ham wali samajhte Jo na baadaakhaar hota
                                                            (Ghalib)

Perveen Shakir, one of the renowned poetess of Urdu. Her unique tone received a high reputation in a very short time period. Perveen Shakir wrote many master pieces but the lady was itself a master piece. Besides her poetry, she was civil servant in Pakistan Government.

Bajaa Ke Aankh Mein Neendon Ke Silsilay Bhee Nahee

Shikast-e-Khwaab Ke Ab Mujh Mein Honslay Bhee Nahee

Nahee Nahee ! Ye Khabar Dushmanon Ne Di Hogi

Wo Aaye, Aa Ke Chalay Bhee Gaye ! Milay Bhee Nahee

Ye Kon Loog Andheron Ki Baat Kartay Hain ?

Abhee Tou Chaand Teri Yaad Ke Dhalay Bhee Nahee

Abhee Se Mere Raffugar Ke Haath Thaknay Lagay

Abhee Tou Chaak Mere Zakham Ke Silay Bhee Nahee

Khafaa Agarche Hamesha Howay Magar Ab Ke

Wo Barhami Hai Ke Hum Se Unhain Gilay Bhee Nahee
