1)      Frequent Urinating
2)      Feeling very Thirsty all the time
3)      Tired all the time
4)      Cuts/wounds that heal slowly
5)      Weight loss

Precautions For Diabetes:

There are many foods that can control Diabetes.
A diabetes diet is simply a healthy eating plan that is high in nutrients, low in fat and added sugar, and moderate in calories. It is a healthy diet for anyone! The only difference is that you need to pay more attention to some of your food choices—most notably the carbohydrates you eat.
Coffee and cinnamon are able to cut the risk of diabetes. Some foods, such as white bread, are converted almost right away to blood sugar, causing a quick spike. Other foods, such as brown rice, are digested more slowly, causing a lower and gentler change in blood sugar.

People with diabetes are encouraged to exercise regularly for better blood sugar control and to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
The reason for this is that muscles which are working use more glucose than those that are resting. Muscle movement leads to greater sugar uptake by muscle cells and lower blood sugar levels.

Don’t Smoke. Smoking increases your risk of various diabetes complications, including:
·         Reduced blood flow in the legs and feet, which can lead to infections, ulcers and possible removal of a body part by surgery (amputation)
·         Heart disease
·         Stroke
·         Eye disease, which can lead to blindness
·         Nerve damage
·         Kidney disease
